Does attendance affect the insurance premium ?

Trying to decide whether it's worth paying for the course, if the premium will increase the same as 3 points will do.

I was asked to declare whether I had been required to a speed awareness course as an alternative to points

The course, unless something has changed recently, is an alternative to fine and points.

You will though have to pay for the course and the amount is very similar to what the fine would be - £100 ish.

Nothing has changed. The course is an alternative to the fine and points.

When you book your course, check all the different providers. There is a big difference in prices ranging from £70-£149 ish. I did one online in Humberside somewhere as it was the cheapest place to do it.
