Can anyone help / recommend a good family solicitor for a divorce where ex is living overseas (in another EU country), and is from a third country. It's for my DP. His ex has past history of taking DC to her home country for visits & not returning as agreed. (Complicated by mental health issues & her elderly DPs so not always 100% straightforwards, but DP definitely needs experienced advice.)
Obviously there's plenty of solicitors advertising online, but it's very hard to know who to choose / which would be good.
