I am based in Ireland and have a judgement against a business through the small claims court. I cant get into all the specifics but anyway judge found in my favour but business refused to pay up within the 28 days. Finally court bailiff's got involved and they are paying me €10.00 euros per month, Is there a way I can go back to court and get a more realistic payment, its a very successful business, of which the owner has 2 of and it will take approx 8 years at this rate to pay me back the money I am owed.
