Price increase after signing consent for medical treatment

I am having a medical procedure done privately soon (in UK). At the time i signed consent for the procedure, the procedure was a price which included certain things e.g follow up with consultant. Since then, the procedure cost has stayed the same (and i have been invoiced for it and paid) but aspects of the package have been removed (consultant follow up) and instead is now an optional extra which costs more money.

Legally, is this allowed? I signed the consent based on the package price. Does ‘informed consent’ stretch to price, or only apply to the medical procedure itself? I cannot pull out without losing my money unfortunately.

consent forms didn’t include a quote (but was advertised on their website at time of consenting and booking in). Quote was sent later on.

TIA
