My brother & I let out our late parents’ house and have had to embark on a complaints process with the (national) lettings agency who ‘manage’ it. The process has not surprisingly, been a lengthily ignored sham, so we have deployed legal advice and submitted stage 2/3 complaint to the ombudsman. Wondering if there is anyone on here who’s done similar and what your experience is please?
