Car Damaged by a Drop off Private Parking company at the Airport

I dropped off my car with a private company at the airport. On my return I found that the inside controls were damaged, and rust from like, bird poo or little seed drops from a berry-like tree which had caused little rusts over the car. I filled my tank and drove 50 miles to the airport but on return my tank was empty. I spoke with them and they asked for pictures which I sent to them but they have since stopped taking my calls. Does anyone know which Ombudsman I can complain to to get company to fix damages. Thank you

Unless the company is a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme, your only option is to sue them.

Thanks for your input. I booked via ABS Travel Extras and I have tried to contact them but have been not been able to speak to anyone there too yet.
