Dd is moving to live with her bf in an EU country, he’s been to their immigration department and was told she needs proof that she’s never been married. Originally told a Certificate of Non Impediment but that’s if she was getting married. Anyone know what her next step is? She thinks a solicitor but isn’t sure.
