Wasn't sure where to post this..
Anyone else find this appalling (Cafcass related)
Maybe there was parental alienation but that isn't the issue here..
"During the public hearing, held remotely, the court heard that under the current rules “anyone can call themselves a psychologist” and that there was no definition of “an expert”.

No one can give expert evidence on the basis that they call themselves a psychologist. You haven't seen Malanie Gill's CV. I have. It is impressive and she is, by any definition, an expert.

@Collaborate Fair enough - I know that you know your stuff and respect your opinion. For those not in the know, it does make pretty scary reading though.
