I am a LIP and respondent in the case, the applicant has delayed every single court order throughout the case and now delaying the drug testing. I sent an email to the court listing every delay and the judge responded saying if I want to do something about it then a c2 application needs filling out with a statement explaining my reasons why.
My question is, do I only need to fill out the form and statement?
I am going to ask if they could end proceedings until the applicant provides clear drug tests and if not, for them to put something in place so no more delays go ahead? The last hearing the judge stated no more delays but as they have a solicitor they have just done it anyway.
Please could you let me know anything more about filling out a C2 application, that may be important.
