My exDH and I had a consent order signed off by the judge when we divorced many years ago. It sets out child and periodical payment amounts that we agreed at the time. Is there a mechanism for amending the order to state that all monies being paid currently are child maintenance and spousal is reduced to a nominal amount? We are both in agreement to this.
