I own a static caravan which is on a caravan park. A couple of weeks ago I spoke to the park about selling. I went up at the weekend to empty it. Being there made be realise I didn't want to sell it. I went into the sales office 3 times before I could bring myself to sign so they know I was dithering.
Unfortunately by that point it was like 5 mins before they closed so they gave me the papers as I needed enter what I was leaving in the van and said to post them through letterbox once I'd packed up.
I packed up and posted keys through their letterbox but I forgot to include the paperwork. They emailed me about it yesterday and I emailed back explaining I'd forgotten and would post today.
Im now questioning whether I really want to sell (I know I know) and whether me forgetting the paperwork is the universe saying keep it. I'm not sure if I can though. Is verbal / email a binding contract or the fact that they've never had the signed paperwork mean it's not done yet?
I suspect they have a buyer lined up although they haven't said that and they likely to put a 50% mark up on it so I'm not sure they'll be honest with me if I ask.
