Hi
Does anyone have any experience with decent lawyers supporting mental health issues in the workplace, particularly with bullying, harassment and intimidation?
I've had extremely serious issues, still working at the same place (difficult to explain but in a different role for a secondment period) but want support in what to ask work for as they've not been supportive, they've allowed bullying and dreadful behaviours, and now an external investigator has said ok this is terrible and case upheld for bullying so HR are asking 'ok what do you want' ... so need help as don't know
Thank you

Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Didlaw are brilliant, this is exactly their bag. They were set up by somebody who has experienced mental health difficulties and they just seem to get it, and have a real passion for helping their clients.
