Taking an injunction out on a neighbour cost (not a domestic abuse injunction)

I need some help figuring out the costs of taking an injunction out against my neighbour. Long story short they have been harassing us over a stupid tree they had to cut down (threatening, calling us cunts in passing, loud music, smoking weed contantly etc) and it has come to a head after the council got involved and forced their hand.

I can't find any solid information on how much it costs though. I found a .gov document saying we would need to pay £300 odd to take it to court, another website saying it's free and another saying you claim so the other party has to pay.

If anyone can help clear it up for me I would really appreciate the help. I am also claiming damages on mental distress grounds and some other things. I cannot afford a solicitor but everything else except this I have in hand.
