Hi, just looking for some advice really.
My cousin and his wife have not been together or living together in nearly 3 years. He has tried to start divorce proceedings but she ignores every letter that gets sent to her and then moves to a different lawyer so everything starts over again. He has spend alot of money so far and is thinking of giving up with it all.
Is there anything else he can do?
Also because she is still legally his wife he feels like he can't buy a property (has been living with family) as she would be intitiled to half of it, is this right?
We live in Scotland.
