I am currently in a battle with my expartner to get back sole custody of my daughter.

I've been informed thats she's very poorly and his entire household par one member has covid. I have to beg my expartner fir information on howvmy daughter is. I'm so worried and concerned for her as I've been told she's peaking temperatures of 39 degrees.

What do I do as he is giving me blunt one liners and I've know actual idea what's going on or how I'll she is?

My ex didn't know every time my dc had temperatures. How old is your daughter? I'm not sure there is much you can do in all honesty. Maybe politely request he messages you if there is any change in her condition?

How old is she? Can you ask to speak with her? You need to insist on that really to understand how she is and what's going on.

You are unlikely to stop her father seeing her. You can ask for more time with DD and try and get a different rita for visits. I doubt you will cut him out altogether. Is there no one you know who could get info on her?

Hey, sounds tough.

What country are you in?
