Mediation in a weeks time, so the mediator will get our position statement and mediation 'bundle'. We have seen our bundle and it contains what the solicitor thinks is needed.
We know the defence will get our position statement sent to them soon by the mediator and we will receive theirs. Does their 'bundle' also come to us?
We probably don't need it as it contains the letter of claim, responses etc from both sides.
