Can my ex make huge changes to the property without my consent, while we still live here together?

No judge has decided who will have this property and ex is making significant changes without consulting me. I suspect it's intentional since it's all the stuff he knows I don't like.

For example, removing the lawn.

Is he allowed to do that?

You'd have to get him prohibited from doing things - you might have a case if it was done to make the property worth less...

No I don't think it could be claimed it would make it worth less. Not everyone likes a lawn. But the point is, he's doing things like that which is hard to watch going on and is making the place feel less and less my home, which is I think his intention.

I mean, what if I did the same?! Not that I'm going to, as I am more respectful than that, but the point is, I haven't heard of this before and have no idea if it's even okay.

Haven't seen war of the roses, but I assume it's going on in there? Maybe I should check it out
