Hi looking for advice here please.
About a year ago I bought a small buy-to-let property in another part of the country and it needed some repairs, so I asked the managing agent to arrange to get them done. I am now selling it again and the property manager did a video tour of the property in which it's obvious that one of the repairs (which I paid for) was not done. I've emailed the agent asking for an explanation but haven't had a reply yet.
I am now suspicious that there may be more anomalies. What would be the best way to deal with this legally? TIA
