How to find out status of CCJ I issued

Try as I might I can't find an email to ask about the progress on a CCJ that I issued. The court found in my favour months ago and, since I still haven't had any payment, I completed another form requesting that the bailiffs take action. This was weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Not even an acknowledgement to confirm that anyone has received my request for an update, when I used the email address which sent my original acknowledgement of the claim.

Any ideas please? Plenty of advice on Google if you have a CCJ against you, but nothing on how to chase up one you issued.

Ring the court and ask to speak to the bailiffs. Usually best first thing in the morning as they're usually out doing bailiff stuff for most of the day.

Trouble is that whilst I've asked the court to appoint bailiffs, I haven't even heard that they have actually done so.

Call the court you sent the bailiff request to with your claim number and ask them for an update. They may have lost the bailiff paperwork. A few weeks isn't long in court terms though so they may still just be processing it!
