Disclosure of medical records in family court

Hi.
My ex and I are currently in family court proceedings. We have just had our first conversations with cafcass.
In our original safeguarding letter the cafcass officer directed the Court to disclose my exes medical records and if proportionate to disclose mine.
This never happened because my exes legal counsel managed to convince the Judge that all we would need is a GP letter (this was vehemently argued at the hearing) I feel like he is hiding something.
This GP letter was never submitted by him.
The officer has now asked for his medical records and for him to consent to disclosure, she has also asked that I should also provide mine also - which I am happy to do, subject to my current GP information on whereabouts being redacted as I fled DA and ex doesn't know where we are currently.
My ex has refused to consent to disclosure of medical records.
What is the next step now?
Will the cafcass officer ask the Court to direct?
