How long after adjudication decision can you expect the money to be released?

We have gone into adjudication after failing to reach a compromise with our x landlady. (original proposal was £2500 from her. The day before she had to put in her evidence to dps she came back with an offer of 1500) We offered originally £500 then upped this to £1000 with the condition of a quick resolution. This was turned down. In DPS forms we offered 500.

We went to adjudication and they have come back with a decision of £800 this decision was made on the 22nd of November.

Additionally, there is a rent overpayment of £455 we are still trying to get repaid. Management agents have said this could be paid out of the DPS amount - DPS says different and we have been discussing this with the management agent with no resolution so far

How long is it reasonable for the management agent (to whom the money was released to) not to pay us back? We have emailed on the day of the decision and received an "I will let you know once I have spoken to the landlord" reply.

This has been going on since end of July and frankly I would like it sorted now.
