Hello everyone.
Is it legally possible to purchase a 1 bedroom flat if you have a child (18 months old)?
We can't afford to buy a 2 bedroom flat.

You need to check the maximum permitted occupancy for the flat you intend to purchase. If the maximum permanent occupancy is only for 2 people then you would be in breach of the flats regulations by having t 3 people living their even though one is a small child,
