Recommendation for specialist domestic abuse solicitor who accepts legal aid?

As above.. Please pm if its easier. Just need to speak to a few to make an informed choice.. I need someone who is experienced in domestic abuse more than anything.

Your friend can look at that website and filter for “accepts legal aid”. In my experience however (former Family lawyer), the Solicitors doing legal aid tend to be junior/less experienced as LA brings in very very little money.

They will however always be able to ask a senior colleague for advice if necessary, and newly qualified family lawyers are often very keen and driven, more so than the old hands tbh.
