House buying solicitors fees for a shared ownership new build?

I mean.. it’s not the most detailed email so I probably don’t need to explain why I’m asking.

But what the bloody hell do all of these fee’s mean and why are they being charged?

Besides the obvious normal solicitor fee, and the stamp duty. But what is a shared ownership fee? New build fee? And purchase supplement? 😂

Looks like additional legal costs because it is a new build and a shared ownership (both of which mean more work)

Pretty standard extra fees for the extra work involved in both new builds and shared ownership properties which are often a legal nightmare!
