Hi, just need some advice, it hasn't happened yet, but in anticipation I thought I would ask.
Do Cafcass get involved again when an application has been made for a transfer of residence by the NRP?
The contact centre that was facilitating contact for us has disbanded due to communication issues, I have suggested a properly regulated contact centre and there is dispute from my ex who is suggesting a casually run contact centre that is known to the previous centre we used.
My solicitor has advised he could switch his application to a transfer of residence, however am I correct in thinking if he does then Cafcass would be involved?
