Me and my ex are going to court on Friday we have both already sent our witness statements to each other and to the court. Last night I received a new witness statement from him basically making excuses for everything I had said in my statement.
Will this be accepted? It’s 3 days before court and our statements were due two weeks ago. It’s clearly in response to my statement.
