Will my abuser be shown my statement in support of restraining order

Hello, I have an abusive man in my life - think disgruntled harassing tenant. It’s been rough.
The CPS has asked if I would support an application for a restraining order. I have gathered the evidence and the statement is ready to sign.

I am aware that abuser-man will be told of the application in advance. Will he be shown the evidence in advance too? And will he be shown my statement in advance?

I need to know if possible when he will be told about the application as he will be very angry so that will be a dangerous time

Thank you!

Bump, I hope you get answers

Some abusers are just bullies that cower away once the police are involved, but it may make sense to discuss this in detail with whoever is helping you apply for the order to get an idea of what protection you should put in place and for how long.

It depends if there is a trial or not? Not sure what the charge is but if he’s pleaded guilty they won’t read the statement but just a summary in court of the case. If he’s pleading guilty then he will have advance disclosure of your statement.
Although he would have been interviewed by police at some point prior to this and your statement put to him
