Dishwasher faulty - return accepted but charging £95 p&p?!

I'm usually good at sorting these things but am stuck with this one.

Dishwasher was bought new in October 2019. Has broken 4 times since and repaired the first 3 times by manufacturer. On 4th time they gave me an 'uplift code' to get a new machine.

Manufacturer says this must be done through retailer. Retailer says it is £95 for 'carriage' to return machine.

How do I get them to sort this for free?!

I don't have the money and if I did I object to paying it.

Thanks!

There’s a template letter on which as you shouldn’t be out out of pocket for their breach of contract. Can’t link but it’s there if you google.

Wonderful thank you. I will look for it. Any other suggestions welcome too - I suspect them of trying to wear me down by making me wash up!

You just want a new dishwasher. Just get them to deliver a new dish washer.
If they want the old one back then leave it outside for them to pick up if they want to you shouldn’t have to pay for that.
Or find out where they want it delivered then take it there.
If it’s a big retailer take it to there nearest shop.and dump it in there front door.
