Legalities of moving with covid and in isolation

Just some questions on whether it's actually legal to move?

We don't feel too unwell so can physically move, but we are coughing etc unfortunately.

We have moved most of our stuff, but a few large items need two strong people to carry. Also I'm not sure whether professional cleaners can enter the property during the isolation even if we are not there?

I really don't want to break the law. The LL has said if everything is not gone by end of tenancy date (5 days before end isolation period) and the property is not professionally cleaned we will be charged until that is done.

The interesting thing is that 4 days before we got covid the LL attended to fix a major problem that had gone on for over a year along with 4 tradesmen and NONE of them worre masks, so for all I know we got it from them!

The guidance is not clear to me. Can we move and do all of the necessary bits around it? I just want to be out of this place so hoping we can't get in trouble if we just do it all.

Does anyone know?
