That sounds really difficult OP

Is there any chance that one or both could live with their Dad for a while to give you some space?

remove all valuables, lock them up.paperwork etc. then you tell them they need to leave, 7 days to go

have some support there when you do and when they go

If you sell, your solicitors will ask that any occupiers over 18 (I think 18, could be 16) sign the contract so that they can be forced to leave the house.

I think you can sell with sitting tenants or squatters.

Police. If they’re stealing and damaging property, they’re breaking the law and victimising you. It actually counts as domestic violence.

You could try asking nicely. You could try civil law, but then you have to live with their reaction and probably use bailiffs for enforcement. Police is probably safer because it’s quicker.
