My ex has not paid court ordered maintenance this month. I understand I can register the order at the court using form D151, and the court will enforce the order.
I can't afford expensive legal proceedings, and was advised this was the easiest way.
Has anyone done this? Did it work? How does the order get enforced?
Exh has the money, but doesn't see why he should pay.
