House sale and declaring a neighbour dispute

Hi,

I'm after some advice if anyone has any experience or knowledge in this area. We've just accepted an offer on our house, and we were wondering if we should declare a dispute.

Our adjoining neighbours have called the police on us on more than one occasion for noise disturbance. The police have visited us, asked questions and there's never been anything further (until the next time the neighbours reported us).

Do we need to declare this to our buyers? As we've never reported them to the police, but they have reported us multiple times.

Thank you in advance for any advice!

There is a form you have to fill in that includes a section on neighbour disputes. You have to declare it.

You must declare this.

Why are you so noisy? Were the neighbours justIfield?
