Just a thought, due to reading a lot of threads on here about wanting partners to leave and then having to live in the same house during a divorce.
Would it be beneficial to have a 51% or more share in a house when married ? Would you, being the bigger share holder, be able to ask the other person to leave while you go through the divorce, or do they still have the right to live there while it goes through ?
