Enforcement of family court order

Hello,
My ex has stopped paying the court order that said that he has to pay for the mortgage on the property that I live in with the kids, until the point of sale. He is claiming that he has no earnings (he has put everything in his new partners name to avoid paying the child maintenance options). I can manage the mortgage payments but want to make sure that I am paid back at the point of sale. in the court order it states that he is to indemnify me of any costs that I make for the mortgage. I want to go back to court to enforce that he pays me upon the sale of the property as he is not responding to my proposal that I pay it but to reimburse me later. I am not sure what court form to use to request this? Am I asking for an enforcement of the order? DK50? I think I am asking for confirmation of what is already stated in the court order but want something legal to confirm when I get paid back? Not sure if there is a form available for this. Or do I write a supporting letter with DK50? or will they get annoyed as I am proposing something when the form is asking that the court decides how to enforce? Any help really appreciated, thank you

Are you saying he is self-employed and hiding his income by paying his girlfriend? If so, can you prove this?
