Contesting a will can be a costly and lengthy process. I’d seek legal advice as to whether you have enough evidence. You might have suspicions but you’ll need evidence.
This. You can't overturn a Will because you don't like it or it doesn't seem right. You need evidence.

It's also really hard to make sense of what the issue actually is.

But if your gran didn’t make an earlier Will leaving everything to charity then you have nothing to work with.
If this Will is proved invalid then the rules of intestacy would apply as if she didn’t actually make a Will.

Do you have $20,000 or so kicking around? Realistically this is how much it would cost you to take it to court. No lawyer would work for free on this one.
