So the exchange date for the Form E has come and gone. Mine is filed at court but no reply from my husband about his. He is an abusive bully and I have no doubt he won’t be ever doing one. What are my options?
I’m starting to get really fed up with the whole thing now, I’m running out of money and I just want him out of the family home so it can be transferred or sold or whatever the judge decides.
