Enforcement order sale of house divorce

Hello everyone, I'd really appreciate some advice!

House was ordered to be sold may 2019, it didn't sell, then it was taken off market due to disagreements and COVID started just then also.

Now ex is taking me to court to force sole conduct of house. I need a few months and I will probably manage my own mortgage and to pay him off.

What do I do? I can't go back self-repping in court, last time they slaughtered me, his lawyer is brilliant, which is why I lost.

Thanks

Hi OP. Why was it court ordered to be sold? And why was it taken off the market?

If the sale has been 'frustrated' ie one party is stopping the sale, then the other can absolutely apply to court to take over sole conduct of sale - and get a judge to sign the paperwork in place of the party who is refusing.

What was the agreement in court, what's your situation re mortgage etc?
