A neighbour is parking their car in my designated spot, one that is designated on the house deeds. Does that mean it's parked on my property? What rights do I have? How can I get them to move their car? When there is a car parked in the spot its difficult to get my pram through the very narrow path between the car and the hedge. It's the only way to gety pram out. Sorry hard to explain without a picture. Would I be liable if there car got scratched if I was struggling to get my pram through the gap?

Have you asked them not to park there?

Depends on what titles say
Is ownership of the space included in your title

If it’s your space for your house and it’s in the deed, then yes he has to move. He probably thinks it’s okay as you haven’t said anything, has he just moved in?

I would try to catch him in person and make him aware or leave him a note.
