I bought £146 clothes using PayPal credit from a company on France .
They offered full refunds.
I didn’t like any of my order , so I sent it all back with tracking . I let them know I was returning.
My parcel now is showing as not delivered - nobody there . PayPal have confirmed I have sent it to the correct address .
I have contacted the company - no response.
I expected PayPal to step in and help , but no apparently there buyer protection only covers items not as described or not received!!
Do I have anymore extra rights as I paid by PayPal credit . I know if I had paid by my credit card - this would all be covered .
Please help , I can’t afford to lose this money 😭
