Breach of court order

Hi there,
My partner has just come out of court in November after fighting to see his daughter. His ex withheld contact for nearly a year because we raised concerns regarding domestic abuse she was witnessing in their household after she made a disclosure to him.
Anyway.....we have a court order saying when he is to have his daughter and this weekend is meant to be today AND tomorrow (not overnight yet 🙄)
She has been excited all day about the plans we have for tomorrow but she has been back with her mum for 5 mins and she's claiming she no longer wants to see us tomorrow.
The ex keeps doing this....when it's meant to be our time with her she dangles a metaphoric carrot "do you want to see your Dad tomorrow or stay here and [insert fun activity] instead?"
And t make it worse, 9/10 times we find out she never gets to do the fun activity it's just a false promise so she misses contact.

What can we do?

Keep a diary recording incidents when she breaches the order. When you have enough take her back to court and ask for the order to be enforced.

The ex is risking keeping residency by doing this so keep a meticulous diary op.
