I just received my divorce petition from XH, I live abroad while he's back in the UK. He has noted on the petition he will apply for a financial order for us (he's agreed to a lump sum payment between the two of us) but has left the box 'for the children' unchecked despite me asking for an order to be applied for with regards to CM.
Can I apply for my own financial order in the divorce for the children? When the financial order is applied for and sent to me to consent to, can he add one for the children etc?
Hoping someone here knows.
