Hi,

Nhs, our solicitor dr & employer dr all tested & all show moderate to severe hearing loss.

Nhs provides DH with hearing aid.
Employer solicitor says hearing loss range doesn’t qualify for a hearing aid & for this reason are offering a small sum to settle.

I don’t understand how that can be when nhs provides one on clinical qualifying grounds & are completely neutral.

DH solicitor dr says 90% hearing loss is due to noisy work environment & protective hearing not being provided.

Employer solicitor says 50% is due to working environment & rest
Is due to natural causes.

Early 30’s. No family history, no noisy hobbies & same employer from school.

Case now going before judge but I am just wondering what other evidence we can gather for the hearing? What counts etc
