Changing last name back to maiden name but still married?

I really regret changing my last name to my DH's name and would like to go back to my previous name. There's plenty of information online about how to do this if you get divorced, but how can I do it when I'm still married? I have 1 bank account in my previous name but passport, driving licence, other bank accounts are in my married name.

Do I need to change by deed poll or is there another way?

your maiden name is still yours, that's what is on your birth certificate, so you don't need any proof as such, well I didn't when I reverted to my maiden name but that was 25 years ago.
