Youth football sponsorship removal

A self employed friend generously agreed to sponsor a local youth football team. Over the last two years she had bought around £1k (a set of tracksuits, strips) of kit all with her company name on. No contract. We are in Scotland.

She no longer wants to be associated with the team due to some poor and public behaviour on their part, but this would mean the team having to replace kit. Does she have the right to tell the team to stop using the kits she paid for that displays her company name?

As far as I'm aware the kit is bought by the club? So they can carry on wearing or sell it as they see fit.

In my sons club if you buy new kit it hasn’t got the sponsor on but boys with older kit/ hand me downs have the sponsors name on.
I don’t think she can legally take the kit back.
Do you agree that the behaviour is poor ?
Maybe they should face the consequences of having to wear something inferior until they sort themselves out?
How old are they ?
