Court didn’t award any contact to biological dad, what now?

Long story short, in November last year I won a family court case against my son (18m) father. He’s a drug addict, an abusive man with no fixed abode. He left me when I was 8 weeks pregnant and had been unreliable seeing our son ever since. He didn’t even turn up to the final hearing in court. I also have a non molestation order against him. The reason I ended up taking him to court is after agreeing to terms on contact between the two of them when my son was 6 weeks old he took him as agreed and then refused to return him to me. Hence I applied to the court for an emergency order which I was granted. Recently he’s been hinting on his Facebook posts that my family have seen that he wants contact and he’s trying to see what he can do to see him. My question is what can he do? Surely if he takes me back to court if he can do that it will just be the same evidence being reviewed. The only thing that has changed since the court case last year is that he broke his non molestation order and pleaded guilty to this in court. Can he just apply to go back to court? Is it that easy? What is the procedure? Thanks in advance.

He’s hinting to it on social media to try and make himself look like the good guy. I don’t think he’ll actually try. And if he does, like you say, nothing has changed so iy will go nowhere

Yes he can apply back to court unless there was a section 91.14 order made in which case he must apply for permission to apply for an order first.

He'd be ill-advised to take it back to court unless he could demonstrate something had changed to a material degree.

He is homeless so presumeably also penniless. How's he going to pay for this???
OP, don't worry. The only thing that has changed is that he broke the non molestation order. There's not a court in the land that will uphold his petition.
