Any advice re family law

My ex partner wants me to pull our family proceeding regarding our daughter from court. I was up for this as we have been communicating etc. Yet yesterday I get a call off cafcass who had his police report back and he has been lying again, he said on his initial statement to cafcass that he hadn't drank since 2017, yet the police report said he had been arrested earlier on this year (march) for causing damage whilst drunk
There are drinking incidents stated on statements and reports.

Now here's my dilemma, I have put a form into court to cease proceedings, and told him I had. But after this report coming to light I really dont want to cancel anymore. I haven't paid any fees to cancel and I have cancelled my solicitor as her costs were mounting up. So I dont know who to turn to for advice. I feel like I cant email or ring him to say I dont want to cancel and it will be going through as it was anyway so I'm stuck for who to turn to

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you x

Ring the court and tell them you've changed your mind .

There should be a number on your court hearing letter, ring them explain and see what they say

Thanks. I'll ring them in the morning.
