Hi, today I received a call from a new solicitor who is reviewing my divorce case, after disclosing some domestic violence matters one of which was deemed to be the use of coercive control directed at my previous solicitor she then checked the log and it’s not been logged on my file along with other ‘issues’. She’s taking the matter to the senior partners and then refused to discuss anything further over the phone with me and has offered me a free appointment to discuss matters further...
I’m a little bit concerned as to what will happen next, could anyone shed any light?
