My ex has really messed the children about re visits
He will not. contact me and arranges things through our 11 year old son, which i find unacceptable though my son just wants to see his father so we have no choice
His father will arrange to see both sons, not give a time and sometimes not show turning off his phone
both my sons behaviour is getting out of control, they are both very intelligent children and have emotional meltdowns.
This cannot continue, how do I move forward?
My ex reacts with anger if we even suggest he sets a specific time and day, “they’re my kids, i’ll see them when i want”
I know there should be a legal way but what is the first step?
i’m already in debt from being the sole provider and paying for anything would be virtually impossible.
I’m really upset that my beautiful sons have to endure this awful behaviour by their father
he pays no maintenance, takes them only to put them on the play station for most of his visit and recently kept them out all night as he had fallen asleep, without contacting me or letting me know
when he returned the following day he screamed at me because i was upset and worried.
please help, my boys are so desperate to spend time with him and anything he says they do just to keep seeing him.
we were married for 12 years so they had him from birth until 3 years ago.
