Transfer of Tenancy under Schedule 7 Family Law Act - which form?

Hi, I've been asked by a friend to help her with a non-mol application. We made the ex-parte application yesterday and made application for a non-mol, occupation order and a transfer of tenancy under schedule 7. Non mol granted, return date next week for the rest. The court has now given her a D50B to complete which is for a transfer of tenancy under s17 of the Married Women's Property Act which is definitely wrong as she's not married to the chap, nor has she been engaged to him. I am quite convinced that the right form for a schedule 7 application is the FL401 but if anyone with access to a Red Book would be able to confirm that I would be really grateful.

It's the D50B as you've been advised.

FL401 is for NMO and OO.
