Hey everyone! I really hope someone can advise me what to do next in my situation...
So me and ex have a child arrangements order which was issued in Jan this year. He's the one who went to the courts etc. I had my concerns as he would leave the kids at his parents house all day before this and not be there with them. The grandparents are both elderly and aggressive/verbally abusive. The judge told my ex he needs to supervise the children whenever they are in his care. So he gets 2 days a month and also he is meant to have them 2 evenings a week where he look afters them.
So last Saturday he had the kids and he told me he was going to take them with him into London as he had to drop some keys off and them later pick them up in the evening. The court timings he was given is between 9-6pm where he can take them anytime between this. He asked if he could take them earlier as he was driving to London and also be back later that day. I agreed as a one time thing.
My kids came back at 7.15pm and they told me straight away that they did not see him all day! He left them with his grandparents. And it clearly states he is meant to be there with them on the arrangement order! Also since the child arrangements order has been put in place he has not once had them any evening during the week. So almost two months in and not once has he watched them after school even though he has had days off work. It says on the child arrangements order that he has to have them two evenings a week "work permitted" as he told the judge he works full time.
What can I do regarding him not sticking to the arrangement order? I do not want my kids left at his grandparents all day without him being there and the court also knew my concerns hence they put on the order he needs to supervise them and they will be in his care. Also as he wasn't there this weekend his mother has been telling my daughter she's going to take her abroad! 🙄 Obviously she can't but can I put anything in place because I don't trust him or his family.
